Charitable Remainder Trust
A tax-exempt trust that provides an income distribution to an individual or individuals for life or term of years before distributing the remaining assets to the donor’s designated charity or charities.

Charitable Lead Trusts
A trust that directs an income distribution to charity for life or term of years, with the remaining assets passing back to the donor, to heirs, or others.

Pooled Income Fund
Combines gifts from multiple donors into a shared fund that pays income to each donor, with the remainder going to charity.

Private Foundation
A private foundation is a tax-exempt entity that can receive contributions.

Charitable Gift Annuity
A simple agreement where a donor makes a gift to charity in exchange for fixed lifetime income.
