This initiative has identified and supported overlooked conservation efforts across more than a dozen countries and 3 continents, funding more than 25 high-impact projects focused on protecting vulnerable and underrepresented species. These efforts have helped preserve critical habitats, safeguard biodiversity, and deliver measurable environmental outcomes at scale, demonstrating an innovative, global and growing impact on conservation.
Supporting Justice Impacted Individuals Through Employment
Far too many people are held back from finding meaningful, life sustaining careers. This initiative has leveraged AI and human coaching to reach more than 70,000 justice-impacted individuals, helping thousands connect to meaningful job opportunities and take critical steps toward long-term employment. The platform is now expanding to support veterans and other underserved communities who face barriers to employment, broadening its impact.
Inspire the Next Generation to Pursue a Skilled Career
Our country faces a growing gap in the skilled trades that could harm our progress as a nation. This initiative has reached tens of millions of youth, inspiring more than half a million to take the next step and explore careers in the skilled trades. In addition, a coalition of more than 100 leading organizations—including John Deere, TikTok, SkillsUSA, and Warner Brothers Discovery—has been brought together to work collaboratively in addressing the growing demand for skilled talent.
