For the most frequent and impactful users of our charitable giving services, we offer an enhanced experience to ensure their needs are addressed as swiftly and smoothly as possible, to enable even more giving.

Catalysts Club – For Leading Financial Advisors

At Ren, we recognize the critical role that advisors play in supporting their clients as they learn about, adopt, and use charitable giving vehicles on an ongoing basis. For advisors who have become the biggest catalysts of giving within their client base, we route them to our most experienced service team members whenever a need arises, and we provide special communications about the impact of our Catalyst Club FA cohorts. Starting in 2025, this elevated level of service and recognition is available to advisors with $150M or more in assets in Ren-supported giving vehicles, including donor-advised funds, charitable trusts, and pooled income funds, or by special invitation. Eligibility thresholds and advisor qualification will be assessed annually based on the higher year-end balance or average balances throughout the year.

Eligibility: Financial Advisors with a collective $150M or more in full-service Ren-supported giving vehicles across their client base, or by special invitation

The Patrons’ Circle – For Top Donors

Individuals giving at the most transformative levels will be supported by Ren’s dedicated team of white-glove service professionals on our Giving Concierge team. This team of associates brings experience working inside of single and multi-family offices and private wealth management groups across the United States. More importantly, these team members fully understand and are deeply passionate about serving the needs of mega-philanthropists and are committed to partnering with the donor’s entire support team to bring to life the donor’s vision for impact.

Patrons’ Circle donors tell us who they consider to be part of their support team, whether it be financial advisors, tax advisors, estate attorneys, philanthropic advisors, operational staff, or others, and we will gladly collaborate with the appropriate stakeholders to make philanthropy seamless.

This specialized team’s expertise spans charitable giving vehicles and strategies, family office operations, estate planning, compliance and legal services, and complex asset giving (including private business interests, alternative investments, family heirlooms and more).

As part of the Patrons’ Circle, these changemaking individuals and their teams can expect the following from our Giving Concierge team:

  • Primary point of contact – your Giving Concierge – who acts as your first line of defense for all service and support needs, starting with a personalized onboarding experience
  • Backup coverage by our entire advanced Giving Concierge team in the event that your personal Giving Concierge is out of the office for a day
  • Regular planning meetings to review grantmaking goals, preferences, and expected timing, with annual, biannual, or quarterly cadence based on the preferences of the client’s support team
  • Priority service for large complex assets contributions (>$50M) whenever possible
  • Special outreach and training for charitable organizations receiving grants from a Patron’s Circle account to enable digital payments
  • Enhanced status updates for all pending contributions and grants, including weekly or daily communications based on the individual’s (or their team’s) preferences
  • Custom creation of grant agreements and designated funds to ensure that transformational gifts are set up to achieve the donor’s goals during and after their lifetime
  • Access to direct referrals to any of Ren’s network of experts and partners
  • Additional support as needed in close collaboration with members of the donor’s own support team

Eligibility will be assessed on an annual basis and will contemplate an individual’s total assets across Ren-supported charitable giving accounts. Confirmed Patrons’ Circle donors will share this benefit with all named representatives of their accounts.
