Complex Asset Partners

The Ren Partner Program works with organizations who manage complex assets to provide options for their clients, through charitable giving, to reduce or eliminate capital gains taxes, and qualify for a fair market value income tax deduction of the donated complex asset. Our partners get access to our team of complex asset experts, who are ready to offer their deep knowledge on the topic and give timely responses to all partner inquiries.

  • No upfront due diligence fee.
  • Ability to hold complex assets for more than a year.
  • Flexibility with alternative investments.
  • One-time approval of the complex asset (once the asset has been approved, then no further reviews are required for other donors).
